Management changes from LOORRS has announced Bill Smith’s promotion to Series Director for both the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series and the Lucas Oil Midwest Short Course League. The promotion comes after Smith served as Race Director for the series the last two years. The announcement came from Ritchie Lewis who will now hold the title of Lucas Oil Director of Racing Operations.
