2020 LOORRS Race Schedule Update

Thursday, May 7, 2020

Hello once again to our LOORRS Teams, Staff, Sponsors and Fans. We hope this communication finds you safe and healthy.

As we continue to stay up to date on all federal and local news updates regarding COVID-19, we find ourselves in yet another tough spot, with yet another tough decision to make.

With so many unknowns regarding the re-openings of the various counties, municipalities, and states that we are working with, we have decided to make a change to the schedule for the season. With the current information that we have, it does not appear that any large gatherings are going to be feasible in the month of June. So, for the safety of everyone involved, we are moving forward with a new plan and a renewed hope of getting in the dirt to kick off the 2020 season!

We will now be opening the season in July, with Rounds 1 & 2 under the lights, at Wild West Motorsports Park in Sparks, Nevada. Opening the season here is definitely a first for the series and we are excited to make some new history! The dates for this event have not changed from what was previously scheduled.

Our next event will also remain on its originally scheduled weekend. Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO will host the series for Rounds 3, 4, & 5. This will be another historic race weekend with 3 rounds in one weekend! Racing is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The remainder of the season has date changes. Please see below for all of the details.
