Sheldon Creed made a final corner pass to capture the first race of a three race weekend in Townsville, Australia. Creed and second place finisher, Paul Morris, both had worked their way through the pack to battle for the win. Matt Brabham of Goal Coast, Queensland, Australia finished third.
