May 21, 2020: If you’ve been a fan of ERX over the years, there’s no doubt that you’ve heard of our signature summer racing series, Beater-X®. For over 10 years, we have given drivers of all abilities the opportunity to try their hand at racing in a non-threatening and fun atmosphere. It has been a great run, but after lengthy discussions, we have made the decision to pivot our summer racing series.

In an effort to support the newly formed Midwest Short-Course series, Championship Off-Road, ERX will be introducing a new event called ERX Regional Off-Road, which will replace the Beater-X series. The class offerings will include multiple UTV and off-road truck classes, as well as amateur classes such as compact cars and trucks.  Best of all, ERX Regional Off-Road participants will be racing on our elite, mile-long national off-road track, which will also create a better spectating experience for fans.

Given the current situation surrounding COVID-19, we have made the decision to cancel Beater-X for the 2020 season and plan to come out with a bigger and better series in 2021!

We would be remiss not to thank the Beater-X racers that have been with us from the beginning.

Stay tuned for an official date announcement and additional event details at ERXMotorPark.com, as well as our social channels.
