Holmatro joins LOORRS Safety Team

Holmatro will be providing “cutters” and “spreaders” to the Toyota Tundra safety team responsible for all driver rescues during the 7-weekend, 13-race Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series.

“Our gear is called upon to save lives every day,” said Brad Stevens, Motorsports Program Manager for Holmatro. “What we learn in racing helps us to keep ahead of the new technologies that will ultimately make their way into the cars that our customers will deal with on the street.”

All of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Toyota Tundra safety trucks will display Holmatro decals and event telecasts will include a 60-to-90 second feature on Holmatro safety equipment that will appear on CBS, the CBS Sports Network and MAVTV.

Holmatro was founded in The Netherlands in 1967 to supply hydraulic equipment for the ship-building industry. The company’s U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility is in Glen Burnie, Maryland, and there also are offices in China, Poland and the United Kingdom.
