The deadline to register online on our website: lucasoilregionalAZ.com under the Driver’s Resources page (or Click: Pre-Registration to go there now) for Rounds 3 & 4 is March 3rd. If you do not register until Race day (March 5th or 6th) a $25 late Registration fee will be imposed. This will allow us ample time to prepare our roll-call list for the MANDATORY Driver’s Meetings. If you do NOT attend the Driver’s Meetings, you will not be allowed to run in Qualifying. This ensures all drivers are aware of any new information for the weekend and is a valuable safety measure. The other option to avoid the $25 late fee is to at least pay the $50 deposit online so that we can plan on your attendance, the remaining balance can be paid in full at registration at the track. (Please remember there is a 3% service fee if you pay by credit card, online or at the track.) Pre-Paid Discounted Gate Admission We are offering Race Teams a discounted Weekend Admission for $20/person, parking is $10. Click Discounted Admission to get your tickets before March 3rd at 11 p.m.. Required Forms All participants must have a completed W9 on file in order to receive any payouts. This can be found in the Driver’s Resources page of our website. Please submit to Marnie Jones at Registration. All Minor participants must have a Release Form Notarized by both parents/legal guardian(s) in order to participate this season. This only needs to be done once for the 2016 Season. Please submit with your completed Registration Forms at Registration during the event weekend. Race Radios All participants must have a radio with a listen only channel for their spotter. Foddrill will be attending this event, please make arrangements prior to arriving at the track with Foddrill Motorsports or Western States Petroleum.
